Before starting the Strong Mom Program I was worried that I wasn't going to stick to it, that I wouldn't have enough time, and that I wasn't going to see any results.Jason was able to really tailor the program to the amount of time I had, and broke down my large goal into smaller ones. My goals at the start of the program were to create more healthy habits and lose weight. As the program went along I was able to complete workouts that were challenging but still doable and I now have an understanding of how to modify my workouts depending on how much time I have.

“I was a little hesitant to call Jason at first because I wasn’t sure if he worked with dudes. I am happy I reached out and that he told me he could help me out.
