Raising kids while trying to keep everything else on the rails is no joke. Your first priority is usually your kids, but you do need to take care of yourself from time to time. A Bit About Moi
As a dad of two beautiful kids, Adèle (6) and Hugo(2), I understand the challenges that come with being a parent. Trying to exercise and eat well while you're on parental leave is possible but not easy. I had the fortune of being on leave with both of my kids for long periods of time and, I know, it’s no joke.
My goal, as a coach, is to help YOU, the awesome mom or dad out there, gain energy and strength so that you can confidently tackle your daily tasks as a parent and go back to work feeling awesome. I do this by providing you with safe, flexible, do-at-home workouts, and by coaching healthy habits that will last you a lifetime.

The Mama on Mat Leave Program provides safe, family-friendly, do-at-home workouts, and/or healthy nutritional habit coaching that can easily be included in your hectic schedule.
With this program your confidence in your body and in yourself will soar. You will feel like you will be able to handle any physical challenge that your new mom-life has in store for you. Carrying your kid, walking up stairs, bending over to pick up toys or laying your baby down for a nap, all of these will become easier.
You’ll leave the program with a solid foundation of new healthy habits that will last your lifetime as you become a healthy role-model for your child.
